FRESNO, CA -- AnnMariePro TV (AMPTV) will be filming the 2012 US Black Chamber School of Chamber Management at Georgetown University Hotel and the White House in Washington, DC next week to produce an exclusive TV mini-series special to broadcast on local California and national Bounce TV channels and nationwide on AMPTV later this fall.
This year's USBC conference theme will profile the most critical issues that minority chamber professionals are struggling with, such as membership development to generating revenue, featuring prominent black business leaders such as D.C. Congresswoman, Eleanor Holmes Norton and with informative workshops on “Government Contracting” and “Access to Capital.” The USBC School of Management will provide attendees with the tools to manage and grow their local black chamber of commerces.
Ann Marie Production, LLC CEO Julia Dudley Najieb will also be a workshop speaker at the USBC conference, featured as one of the media panelists for Thursday, July 26th to address the topic: “Maximizing Your Communication Strategy.” Dudley Najieb will comment on the current declining trends of African-Americans news on major black TV networks.
“Somehow we need to get back to making news and information important in the black community where there is a happy balance with entertainment and pertinent information,” said Dudley Najieb. “And perhaps this is the best trend so that local communities can step in and begin to create and transmit their own news—this will be some good discussion.”
On Friday, July 27, 2012, AMPTV will cover The USBC and Senior White House and Obama Administration officials day-long,” invitation only” Business Leaders Briefing: “Celebrating our Business Leaders – A Day with the Top 100 African American Business Owners in America,” at The White House. The Briefing will feature top African-American business owners who will participate in a discussion on how the Administration is impacting key issues of concern within the business community, and how businesses can partner with the Obama Administration in the future.
Viewers can stay tuned to the latest updates and daily breaking news concerning the USBC School of Management through the new AMPTV NOW app and AMPTV NOW YouTube Channel.
A schedule will be posted to the AnnMarieProTV website (www.amptvnow.com) for the exclusive mini-series detailing the 2012 USBC School of Management to broadcast later this fall.
