I'm not much of a memories guy. So, I don't have any really awesome story about how the Fresno Beehive changed my life or anything.
But the website (which celebrates its sixth year with an all-out party at Fulton 55 tonight) has totally served as a catalyst and inspiration for a whole lot of awesome things in Fresno. They put a lot of effort in being part of the community and we are better for having it around.
As a way of saying thanks (and happy birthday) my friend Jamie and I came up with a little song.

And I have to give props to the Beehive. They were part of what inspired me to start Weird Fresno. I saw this great community of local bloggers and wanted to be part of it.
