Fresno Famous

At about 4pm this afternoon, there were 3 or 4 fire trucks, a couple of ambulances, many cops and fire fighters standing around the little thrift store that is just behind the Loving Hut on Maroa and Home aves in Central Fresno. The guy in Food King told me there were 2 people dead. They had been running a generator indoors.
The shot above shows the front door of the shop with a big red fan sucking the fumes out of the building. It's weird for me because I really liked this little thrift store. I bought several things from the guys there. Really sad.

I saw ch47, ch24, ch26 broadcast trucks. There were some anchors in their finery, microphones in hand near a line of cameras, waiting to tell the tragic story to the people of Fresno.  — at Maroa ave and Home ave Central Fresno.
