Bon Voyage Blake Jones and the Trike Shop at the Fulton 55 Nightclub,
Sunday May 8th at 5pm. This should be a lot of fun with the line-up and
the fact that it is a going away party for Blake and the Boys. They're going
on their British Tour, so come out and wish them well as we send them
off. There's nothing like going on tour in Europe. I know, because
I've done it a couple of times myself.

Props to Dale Stewart. I've thanked him before, but y'all should know. He made the video for our kickstart video. He made the flyer for the May 8th show. This guy really walks the walk when it comes to 'community'. Thank you Dale. I can't wait to hear your set at the show.

I was just down at the Fulton 55 yesterday, Tony helped me put up the gig flyers and handbills. Can't wait to play on that stage. They just put in new, low-heat, LED stagelights that look really efficient and they're getting ready to put in some new seating in the balcony area, as well. What a great live venue and Tony is just the coolest guy to work with.
While I was there a promoter came up and talked with Tony about some other upcoming events and it was interesting to hear some of the patter between the two happening promoters. Not everybody in Fresno is failing, some are very successful.
Man. I just wanted to express sincere thanks to Mr.Famous and all the online folks who've really gone to bat for us helping us get the word out, helping us with the fundraiser, etc. etc. What a great community of foks here in the writing/performing/creating world we have in this crazy littlebig city of ours.
That last bit means the world to me.

And cool news (cool like seeing FresnoFamous posed a story on our gig), as of last night, we've toppled over the 2,000 mark on our kickstarter fundraiser !!!!!!!!!-----but heavens! that's not meant to discourage anyone who still wishes to contribute before it's closing date of May 16! Food money's good! (laughs)]. (Plus you can get the exclusive un-plugged album we're busy finishing up.)
But in all seriousness. Thanks to y'all. We'll try and make you proud!
