Fresno Famous

Mike Osegueda is a big dog in the local blog-media circuit, so he's gonna get some heat from readers. It's just part of the game, and he can handle himself.

But it's totally annoying to follow.

Anyone who knows Mike (or reads his stories/posts) knows that A.) he's good at his job and B.) he's a fervent  supporter of all-things Fresno (and that's more than  tacos and hip-hop). They also probably know that support means more than blanket praise. Sometimes people need to get called out. It makes them better. And giving locals a free pass doesn't do anyone any favors. 

Obviously, there are those who do like to bash things for sport. Mike Osegueda just isn't one of them.
