Supporters of long-running Comedy Central show "South Park" have witnessed character Eric Cartman wolf down an item referred to as Cheesy Poofs for years. Starting soon, followers of the show can get actual Cheesy Poofs produced by alliance between Comedy Central and Frito-Lay, and the treats will be bought from Wal-Mart shops. Source for this article - South Park fans can get their own Cheesy Poofs by Newsytype.com.

Starting as fiction

Many followers are dedicated to viewing Comedy Central show "South Park." The primary figure, Eric Carman, eats Cheesy Poofs all the time. As reported by Today, the snack will become a reality for a limited time. The logo on the Cheesy Poofs created in alliance with Frio-Lay and Comedy Central will be the same as the show's logo. A limited run of 1.5 million 14-ounce bags will be sold at Wal-Mart stores from Aug. 28 to September 18 for $2.99 each along with a smaller 99-cent size. All supporters of "South Park" will get a free bag at Comic-Con. They have to go to San Diego to do this.

Got to have a drink with that

Television and films have a massive impact on product development. There are several fiction goods that are brought to life. The Huffington Post states that Orlando's Universal Studio's Wizarding World of Harry Potter spent three years coming up with a version of Butterbeer, in the Harry Potter series. J.K. Rowling had to give approval before the chefs could sell the drink. You are able to only get Butterbeer at Universal Studios. Numerous companies over the years have tried to sell "Duff Beer," as reported by Wikipedia, a fictional brand from "The Simpsons." At least two breweries have been sued by Fox. At Amazon.com, you can go and get the "Tropic Thunder" energy drink, Booty Sweat.

Memorabilia continues

There is a company in "RoboCop" films named Omni Customer Goods which, in the real world, sells products to the real world that were made in films. Lots of things come from Omni now. This contains "Sex Panther" cologne from "Anchorman," "Stay-Puft Marshmallows" from "Ghostbusters," a blood-colored drink called "True Blood" inspired by the same show and a drink referred to as "Brawndo" from the film "Idiocracy." Sometimes, fake goods are really wanted. They become collectible items. From the $3 Cheesy Poofs to the DeLorean time machine replica from "Back to the Future," there are many costs for television and movie memorabilia.
