Broadcast yourself - Fresno style

Let's call it a social experiment to make it sound less dorky and time-wasting.
Famous culled the online video-sharing site YouTube for anything Fresno (which means, we typed “Fresno” in the search bar). With 9,000 results, you probably don't want to do this at home. So, here's the Famous best of (yes, it's subjective, just deal with it).

Play Station Riot

Fresno knows how to riot.
Especially outside Best Buy, fighting for a spot in the front of a line to spend $600.
This AP video shows the whole thing coming down. KSEE 24 made the Raiders fan their on-scene reporter. You can check out that video as well.

“Kelli Rapp Rap,” or “It's a Rapp”

Here's a little known fact: California State University, Fresno, has one hell of a bowling program.
Seriously. It's national ranked and draws bowlers from across the country.
The guys from The Cheap Seats (that's on ESPN Classic) pay musical homage to one such bowler — Kelli Rapp. Watch for her face popping up in those little bubbles.

Stickwarr

Brian Kenny Fresno is a city treasure.
Musical talent aside, the dude's got Fresno in his name (give him a key to the city).
Here, he sings about the sorted history of the Chapman Stick (do a Google search, it's too hard to explain) versus the Warr Guitar. Brian plays the later, and damn well, at that.

Fashawn — “Streets of Fresno”

Fresno rapper Fashawn (the Phenom) totally reps his hometown hard.
This video starts out downtown and is chock-full of landmarks (the Security Bank Building, City Hall and the Fresno Police Department HQ).

Fresno, bitches

This video was picked on name alone.
And no, it's not what you think.
It's actually a two-minute 27-second collage of rollerblading footage and answers the question, do people even rollerblade anymore? Apparently so. And they've got some fancy tricks, too. These aren't unitard-wearing and fanny-pack rollerbladers, that's for sure. Although, we'd probably like that video, too.

Totally worth checking out:

">Beer Pong. This is what you think.

Van Halen, 1979, playing “You Really Got Me”

KMPH promo from 1979. A couple disco dances through 1970s Fresno. Enough said.

Fresno Wiffle Ball League 2006 Championships. Backyard wiffle ball at its best.

Beehive videos from Will and the gang.
