Fresno Famous

FACT: I'm a sucker for a good sammich. And last week my BFF introduced me to the wonder that is Charlotte's Bakery. And this is why she is my BFF-- because she cares enough to share the very best.

Charlotte's Bakery = LOVE. First off, the food is fresh. You're not getting some 10-day old meat, or wilty veggies. Second, THE BREAD. Wheat, white, white jalapeno, onion, sun dried tomato basil-- doesn't matter, it's ALL sourdough, all made fresh daily. Third, they have desserts to die for.

I know it's been around for awhile but when you live in a closet virtually separated from all of humanity (like I do), you discover things slowly.
