We return with another episode of your favorite (and the original) local podcast, Flowing with Famous.
Once again I am joined by Mike Seay and we discuss a whole range of local happenings. There's a lot of radio talk for some reason. As if people listen to the radio any more.

fresnoise, i'm not too sure how to submit regular audio tracks, but it's a step by step process that is fairly easy to submit a podcast to itunes. basically, itunes works like an rss reader on podcasts. you just tell them where to find the file, and when you post a new one there, it pops up in itunes.
Thanks, I thought the only way to get a podcast/audio track on itunes was to pay a fee, unless you are a well-known, substantial record label.
How do you submit audio tracks to iTunes?
i can stream, but not download. any thoughts?
also, why is flowing still not on mutha effing itunes?

We are. We were just accepted the other day. There was something wrong with the uploads, etc. I dunno. But you should be seeing it there soon.
