As you’ve no doubt noticed, Fresno Famous has undergone some cosmetic restructuring. It’s just a little nip-tuck for the new year -- plus it'll make things easier to use and navigate. It's us, just simplified. All stories and blogs are now filed under one of three categories: music, art and community. There are still plenty of contests (free stuff FTW) and an updated events calendar.
In a way, the site is going back to its roots, with in-depth (though not necessarily deep) reviews, interviews and the like. And, we're teaming up with some of your (OK, our) favorite blogger-types (so keep a look out for the cross posting). In a world of FB updates and micro-blogging, Famous is taking the macro-approach to help you discover local life.

Liking the new look.
Love the little icons for the date and thumbnail. I'm looking forward to using this new design. I hope it's as good as it looks. I like the clean, white background with black letters. I won't miss the backwards R, Soviet Union theme. Where's the 'Like' buttons? We get a lot of views with no comments. A like button is halfway between a view and a comment.
I'll add that to my on-going feature addition list. Also you should now be able to delete your own comments. Sorry about that!
