Park Avenue West Interiors would like to invite everyone to join us for Art Hop on September 6, 2007 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Recently, Park Avenue has become affiliated with the Fine Figurative Art
Gallery in Carmel, California.
We are excited to unveil our newest additions to our family of Artists!
Mr. Melvin Johansen and Mr. Jay Johansen.
Melvin Johansen's works are highly collected and many of his pieces are featured in private collections throughout North America, Europe and the Middle East, also in the Museum of Wildlife Art. Retired for many years, Melvin began producing new pieces in 2006.
Mr Jay Johansen, portrait painter is the son of a respected sculptor. Jay grew up with the dedication,and the struggle associated with the creation of Fine Art. In his short artistic career, Johansen's work has already been recognized with several honors and prizes. Additionally, he has been commissioned to create portraits of the former South African President, Nelson Mandela, Football Legend, Jim Brown and Former Secretary of State, Colin Powell.

I always look forward to Art Hop at Park Avenue West, the owners always have new artists, plus Vernon Nye is always on-site painting, there is so much to do and see. Maria always displays the Art along with her furniture which creates the feeling as though you have just entered your home.If you have'nt put Park Avenue West Interiors as one of your stops for Art Hop, you are missing out.
