Our idea is that we can coordinate the simultaneous grand-opening of multiple restaurant/ clubs within the same huge building, each with a unique theme and target market. It is 112,000 sq ft of raw interior space!! it could be a phenomenal idea that would offer Fresno citizens an experience similar to what can be found in LA or San Francisco.

This is a huge possibility, so we would love to hear your support or concerns, and most definately your ideas and possible concepts.
