I finished the seventh book in the Harry Potter series Monday night. What a fun story, with mythological proportions. I like to read and try to balance fiction and nonfiction.

A city is only as good as its downtown.

Please do nothing. My anxiety has been rising over the past few months as I sensed the desperation in your administration.

Arrrrgh, caring about downtown Fresno is so incredibly frustrating.

Why do we have cities? What is their purpose? How do we measure whether a city is good or bad? Are cities primarily economic? Are they primarily cultural?

I've been away from FF for awhile, just been focused in other areas. Russ Minick steered me to the Lost in Fresno post, and I was greatly impressed and inspired.
