40 MPH down Shaw Ave from Hwy 41 to Maple Ave. Always one or two motorcycle cops are hanging out waiting for the winner to emerge from the pack of cars. A patrol car will pull someone over for a broken light or even running a stop sign. Yet I have seen three accidents caused by pedestrians crossing accross Shaw Ave right around Millbrook Ave, and nothing has been done to curb the jaywalkers. There is a left turn lane that goes from Shaw to 6th st that is constantly blocked by jaywalkers. These criminals perform their crimes right in front of motorcycle cops who hide up on the sidewalk at Shaw and 6th. What the crap!?! DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! There is a traffic substation for Fresno PD on San Jose and 4th st. Please join me by contacting that station to report jaywalkers. Those that drive frequently in the area have witnessed the problem.
