One of the greatest movie series of all time hits the greatest small city of all time; Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of Stupid Names is filming some stuff at Fresno's Chandler Airfield.  Does that just kick ass or what?

Word is, none of the main actors (Ford, Shia, Cate) will be in town, but you never know.  Spielberg keeps things quiet like and will sue your fucking ass if you talk.  So I wouldn't be surprised if the old Fedora shows up in the FresKnow.

The airport actually fits in better now. That should be the template for the revitalized downtown. A 50s view of Mexico... It's a 70s version now, but the 50s one is way cooler.

Fresno's Chandler Airport is prepared Wednesday for the filming of the movie "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull." The airport has been revamped to look like an airport in Mexico in the 1950s. - Fresnobee
