Fresno Mayor Autry just gave Billy Ray Cyrus a key to the city. Bubba pleeaze. Billy Ray Cyrus? Man Bubba, I don't want Billy havin' a key to my Fresno.

Knowing Cyrus can open my door at any time and start singing Breaky in my living room is unsettling.
