Scientists at Texas A & M University who accidentally genetically engineered a flying chicken in 2005, were required by the department of agriculture to destroy the experiment notes and had to destroy the chick, as well.

She does smile. Knows how to get picture in the newspaper. How horrid that she would think her job performance on the city council would make her viable in another position of public trust. Councilwoman Sterling is a perfect example of folks getting on the city council and not being able to make change.
