They were supposedly priced at twice the average square footage of homes in Fresno. This is how it is in LA or SF (according to a recent post on here). I have no doubt they're awesome, but I do see limited appeal given the recession and housing crisis. When you're trying to sell, generally you don't wanted the nicest house in the neighborhood, because you're not likely to get top dollar. I think that's the situation these lofts are in, in spades.
