Have you ever thought of becoming a yoga teacher? Are you wanting to deepen your yoga knowledge? Here's your opportunity. Director of the Sisters Yoga School, RYT 500 yogini Chaz Russ (Yogini Bhanu) is looking forward to taking you on a yoga exploration. Applying her 14 years of yoga background, Chaz will focus on:

--asana (yoga pose) detail, instruction and technique including modifications and prop usage, study of contraindications of every highlighted pose and the medical benefits
--pranayama processes and meditation (spiritual but not religion-based)
--energy systems including chakras, nadis and prana discussion as well as yoga massage instruction
--teaching methodology including how to sequence a class
--anatomy of yoga from a physical and physiological standpoint (with guest speakers)
--yoga history and literature text study
--Non-traditional yoga teaching approaches including laughter, fun music
--the application of adjustments and code of ethics, yamas and niyamas
--the business side of yoga instruction including how to turn this practice into a lucrative private business.
