Bartender's Challenge: Punk vs. Ska, or me vs. the demon whisky
I haven't been doing my full duty promoting, debut as a bartender, so here is another reminder.
I'll be behind the bar 7 to 9 p.m., April 11 at Zapp's Park to help Creative Fresno paint some more murals. We don't do the actual painting, but money from the bartender's challenges goes to the mural fund, which pays artists to paint murals.
You can help by showing up, drinking some and then tipping BIG (all caps, people, I mean business). Zapp's is even kicking down some of the proceeds from the night. It's a challenge, so there will be another bartender, but you don't need to worry about him. I make a mean Jack and Coke. Or Rum and Coke.
Stick around after the challenge for music from The Fay Wrays, Rademacher and It'll Grow Back. Show starts at 9 p.m. and costs five bones (which goes to the mural project, too).
Longtime Famous-ites will remember Jarah took the challenger herself, going up against Mr. Mike Oz. I doubt anyone will put together a video this nice for us.

I just want to say thank you to all who came out and helped The Suppressors take the glory last night!! Josh put up a good fight, and it was very close. A good time was had by all. Many Pink Bunnies were devoured.
