CSU Summer Arts Presents Musical Theatre Event

If you are a musical theatre, light opera buff, you won't want to miss the CSU Summer Arts event on Tuesday, July 21, at 8 p.m. in the Concert Hall at California State University, Fresno. This musical theatre Concert features the guest artists from the Singing and Acting class including Soprano Janice Hall (www.janice-hall.com), tenor Gerald Seminatore (www.geraldseminatore.com), and pianists Donna Loewy and Benjamin Makino. They will present selections of works from Italian and American musical theatre. In addition, stage director Jonathan Eaton and conductor Bernard McDonald will present a lecture/discussion on the work of an opera stage director, and the relationship between singers, conductor, and designers.

Tickets are priced $15 students/seniors; $20 general; $25 reserved and may be purchased by calling the CSU Summer Arts Box Office at 559-278-5109 or online at csusummerarts.org.
