Anyone who's interested in what's happening/has happened down in what's been dubbed the Cultural Arts District will do well to check out this Web site. It has a pretty comprehensive time line of events with lots of photos and links to news stories.
As someone who has been around and watched a lot of this happen, it's great to see it all laid out like this. I sometimes forget how far we have come.

Rock Park (Broadway & Divisadero)
Interesting to now know the name of that latest Reza project is called 'Iron Bird Lofts' I'm wondering why it was not named 'Rock Lofts' for the near by Historical Rock Park aka 'Z.S. Leymel Park' (two time Fresno mayor). With it's plaques for the 50th anniversary of the City of Fresno and 100th anniversary of the Southern pacific Railroad in the Valley (1872)
