When the circulation department of the Library of Congress was computerized in 1988, it was discovered that 17 Presidents (including founding fathers John Adams and Thomas Jefferson) had each not returned one or more books. A bill to forgive their debts has been submitted to one or both houses of Congress four times in the intervening years, but it has never made it out of committee.

October 20 is the last day to register to vote for November 4th.

If you want to take a online test to see if you are smart enough to vote.

I got an A. Something's wrong there. Only one I missed was the Isreal Prime Minister (the guy with his dog). Score was 232 out of 250.

Damn! I missed three and i got a C. Apparently i should not vote.
It will be interesting how many people take the test and actually admit their scores.
