El Patio Club

Let's get together some cash and reopen this place as a bar/cafe/club/venue/place to hang out.

I'm only kinda serious, but that sign is too good to go to waste.

Crap: I'm assuming this place doesn't exist anymore.

What would it cost to open it up?

What work does it need?
What permits would be needed?
Who owns it and would they rent it out?
Also how does it fit with the plans for the bullet train station and shopping area Ed Kashian is developing in China Town?
Don't tell anyone but its about the become the central transportation center of the State.
Why do you think Cuckchansi wants a Downtown Fresno casino and hotel.
They'd have the only casino in the State with bullet train access.

early 2000's

I know it was open in the early 2000's.

Have you ever been in the 'La Fiesta'? It's bigger inside than what you see out side... It's bigger than Club Fred maybe even the Starline too.
