thanks for the advice, but since this is a democracy & this blog practices free speech still, no thanks, while I may not know much about the punk scene, I did help my uncle repair, refurbish townhouses one summer; drywall, tiles, roofing, carpentry (framing & stairs), painting (he did all the electrical & plumbing)

not asking you to out yourself, just give yourself a name, like "The Central Scrutinizer" works fine, then explain how you got your street cred, like I was part of the work crew at....., I learned the trade of ..... at....., or I went to college at..... & majored in......., we designed ...... & were awarded in California

that way we know you at least know what you are talking about or whether you are just a bitter competitor that just had your building torn down by the city because it was falling down before you could sell it for $80 million, your dream price for a dilapidated property you bought 30 years ago hoping for it to sky-rocket in value before you had to put anything back into it

I don't know Assemi, but I have to hand at least 3 accolades to him;
1) instead of just sitting on deteriorating buildings, he's doing something about building in DT
2) whether its with Pyramid/Granville money & crews, he's doing something DT, not waiting for that gov bailout or wished for sky-rocket dream prices before starting
3) the dude's not just talking the talk, he's walking the walk

terrible- doesn't he hire family crews & architects have to get approval & pass inspection, has he circumvented any regulation?

I've been in the Pearl & Broadway Studios for ArtHop, they looked like artists lofts, basic,(some drywall walls & unfinished stuff), but what did you expect, luxury living or Euro-design?

how do you normally listen then? is there a service program that inserts captions for the deaf automatically for most watch programs or do you have to call services that caption only if they get a lot of requests for certain programs? is it pay per view???
