In this episode of Flowing with Famous, Famous Whitewater and The Fresnan take on their favorite topic ... downtown.

And they've called in heavy hitters (Craig Scharton and Elliot Balch) to help out. Craig is the new appointed Downtown Czar, in charge of of a team the new mayor put together to kick downtown's ass into shape. Which means we had to get clearance from the city to have them on.
