Good to hear

We got a lot of new faces today. Glad you liked. The eventual plan is to have 3-4 great panini's. We'll then rotate a special panini weekly. A Philly Style, Panini-Cristo, Blue Cheese and turkey, Gorgonzola and Chicken Breast and others we're working on. Today we were kind of putting our system through the paces. Went well. It's hard trying to trouble shoot a system you've never run before, very glad you were happy.

Glad you like the Blendo Treo, that one in particular is a lot of hard work. Perhaps someday soon we can talk about that coffee, over a cup of....coffee :) (that was my austin powers, allow myself to introduce, myself:)

We might have some beans

we can let go of. We had a lot of orders over the weekend. Between orders, espresso/espresso drinks and brewed coffee it's hard to keep the beans on the shelf:)

We're trying to hone our system here so feedback is totally welcome and appreciated.

shoot. i totally forgot about this today and was thinking about heading down there anyway. i think it's confirmed. i'll be there. (and hopefully i can buy some beans, too.)
