Graffiti at its best!

As we boarded the Fresno trolley to start the Billion Dollar Tour, Kim and I received a program, which contained a separate flyer outlining events being held at various stops. Stop #5, Arte Americas, was offering free admission to see the Aerosol Art exhibit. Next to that one-sentence description was a black mark that didn't quite disguise the text underneath. Evidently, aerosol art is...wait for it...

"Graffiti at it's best!"

I'm guessing that part was marked out because of the improper use of "it's"—right?
