I got my first Water Waster Warning

I just got my first Water Waster Warning. I was watering a little dry patch on my lawn with a small sprinkler that was barely on. I thought I could get away with it, heck everybody in the neighborhood totally ignores the watering restrictions. My next door neighbor has auto sprinklers that come on twice a day 7 days a week. They came up on my porch turned the spigot off then left me the warning. Now that they are actually out and about enforcing the watering rules maybe we'll oblige them and comply. Why do Conservatives hate to conserve?
