Tea Time with the Fresno Metropolitan Museum

Explore the art, history, and science of tea on March 14, 2009 at 1pm.

Tea is the most widely-consumed beverage after water. Prepared from dried leaves or buds of the tea plant, learn about the different types of tea and what affects the flavor characteristics of tea.

Participants will be able to taste a sampling of teas and make bags of tea. Tea Time has a $10 participation fee (plus Museum admission) and includes all materials. Pre-registration through the Museum office is required and space is limited.
