Warnors Historic Auction

Warnors Center for the Performing Arts will be holding a Historic Auction on September 27, 2008 at the Warnors Theatre. Doors will open at 8 AM and the auction begins at 10 AM. Items to be auctioned off include antique furniture, light fixtures, historic Fresno and Valley bottles, vintage movie posters, juke boxes, paintings, bumper cars, pianolas, gilt mirrors, fixtures from downtown buildings long gone and much more. These wonderful items were long buried in the store rooms below the stage and some select items are from the collections of the late Frank S. Caglia. Food and refreshments will be available all day.

Come to the Gala Preview on Friday, Sept. 26, from 5:00 to 7:30 pm at Warnors Theater. Wine, hors d'hoeuvers, music and your chance to bid early on these wonderful pieces of Fresno History. Ticket donations are $25.00.

Funds from these events will be used for future programming and Theater restoration. The Warnors Center for the Performing Arts, is a non-profit venue and a National Historic Landmark. The center is used primarily for live concerts and special events. The theater is located at 1400 Fulton St. Fresno, CA 93721.
