COMMUNITY EDUCATION FAIR at River Park Shopping Center
Tuesday, September 25th, 2007

A Community Education Fair will be held at River Park Shopping Center on Tuesday, September 25th from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. Representatives from central San Joaquin Valley public and private colleges and universities, technical institutes, graduate schools, on-line colleges and adult schools will be available to answer questions and provide information to those interested. The Community Education Fair will be located in the “Marketplace” area, between Aaron Brothers and Linens & Things. The event is free to the public.

The Adult Education Taskforce, a local organization of higher education institutions, is sponsoring the event. The purpose of the Adult Education Task Force is to educate adults on the variety of educational opportunities available within the central San Joaquin Valley. The nearly 30 member group, which originated in 2003, has facilitated many education fairs at local schools, organizations, businesses and community events.
