Dear Assessor's Office:

Why do you refuse to acknowledge my questions re: the names and addresses of homes that were removed from various blocks throughout Fresno, CA. Not all old records have been successfully destroyed - they verify a 40+/- cover up that has been taking place right under everyone's noses. Removal of various homes; expansion and spreading out of others to cover up evidence of the missing structure/parcel. The city sewer layout further verifies that most structures throughout Fresno are no longer standing as when originally built. Instead of authorization, permits or inspections for ANY of this, city records are altered as this continues, making it appear that things were always this way. That allows for these damaged, patched structures to continue being sold as "original" to unsuspecting buyers. Major building and health code violations; serious health consequences.

My focus remains on the ringleader - WGS, former appraiser for City. The trail of fraud, burglaries, missing persons, forgeries, etc. that follow this operation speaks for itself. Surely, felony crimes can be carried out without the heinous atrocities to innocent residents.
