HOLIDAY PARTY

Okay i need help finding a Restaurant to host my office party this year. In the past we have been to Landmark, Elbow Room, Red Lobster(by default)and then there were the years we had the party at our office.
I am always in charge and i've waited til the last minute to book a party for 28 people.
Can anyone please give me some hints on a GREAT restaurant, with good service, a full bar, nice ambiance for around $25 per person?
I need to get this going soon or im going to have some angry lawyers on my hands!!!!

By the way.....we work downtown and i would love to enjoy a nice party in our neighborhood. NO MEXICAN FOOD!!!!
