lunch and program at noon. Fran Flores who is the mayor of Shafter, California and a candidate for the assembly seat currently held by Nicole Parra who
is unable to seek re-election due to term limits will be speaking on high speed rail development in the San Joaquin valley. Ms. Flores is a retired banker
and the mother of state Senator Dean Flores. Cost for lunch $15.00, program only $5.00.
