CURSIVE (Saddle Creek Records) + THE NEW TRUST + RADEMACHER (ALL AGES!!!)
The Omaha-based band Cursive is one of the most celebrated indie rock
bands of the decade. Music magazines Spin, URB, Time Out New York and
Blender gave Cursive's newest album "Happy Hollow" 4 star ratings!
Rolling Stone gave the album a 3.5-stars, while alternative music
magazine Alternative Press rated the album a perfect 5 out of 5.
Legions of fans agree that the band's energy-filled and celebrated live
shows are not to be missed. Though Cursive has played large festivals
including Lolapalooza, the band's energy and angst are best experienced
at the small and intimate shows. Perhaps that is why the band has
chosen to play Howie & Son's Pizza on their way to a headlining show at
this year's "Noise Pop Festival" in San Francisco.
We've literally had hundreds of inquiries about this show over the past couple months. Fans are going nuts, unable to believe that Cursive is playing Visalia. Since we are not doing presale tickets I advise everyone to get to Howie's plenty early.
Santa Rosa power trio The New Trust, and Fresno's Rademacher play the
opening slots.
