Kingsburg Famous?

Not quite. But this new Kingsburg Buzz Web site is a great idea! As an ole' K-Town (not Kerman) boy myself, it's fun to see.

Thank you very much for all of the kind words.

Talk of the town.

I think its a really cool site. Perfect for such a unique town.

What about DHL?

One of the guys that started DHL is from Kingsburg.

I'm not sure everyone's heard the story....

of the hula ho....I think you should keep it in your bag of tricks.
The Fresno Scraper is also a great place to begin a fascinating conversation.

K Town

Finally! Now when I brag about the ole' hometown, I can mention something other than the hula ho.

THANKS!

I'm way over due in showing support for this guy. I've checked out his site, and know his enthusiasm to be genuine--and being a Kingsburger at this point in my life, it's time to get behind someone like this who wields the Mighty Hammer of Thor, or Luther or some such person that the Swedes can get behind.
But truly, there are a lot of creative folks around here, and as Ben Franklin was credited in saying (in paraphrase)---'a community can be united by the printing press'---and twothousandeight's printing press is fresnofamous or even KingsburgBuzz, so *hat's off* and let the fun begin.

Thank You

Thank you very much for the kind words and the linkage! It's definitely in its infancy and design/content will only get better with time. Thanks again!

Finally!

Yay for Kingsburg Famous! (albeit they could use a little more sophisticated design and writing style to be up to Fresno standards...)

It's a great start. Kingsburg really is a little haven of good restaurants and fun festivals. And has the friendliest darn people you'll meet.
