Cinema e Vino partners with selected California Central Coast wineries to create romantic evenings for people who enjoy wine tasting, Italian cuisine and watching great movies. The company, founded by Gina DeGirolamo & Melita Toscano, turns scenic wineries into romantic vineyard cinemas.

“Last year was such a huge success for us that there was no question we would do a second season” says Gina. “The most wonderful thing for us was that so many people came to celebrate special occasions such as anniversaries, birthdays and honeymoons. We even had one couple get engaged at our event”

Each event is created to accommodate a limited amount people, ensuring a warm and intimate environment from start to finish. The evening begins with a private wine tasting just for Cinema e Vino guests at select vineyards such as Cass, Villicana, Meridian and Gainey. Guests are then escorted to a scenic vineyard theater, staged with comfortable chairs and cozy blankets. Once seated, your gourmet Tuscan dinner basket is served, freshly prepared and warm from the oven. Under a canopy of stars and with friends, family or that very special someone by your side, a film flickers to life on the screen. Cinema e Vino’s state-of-the-art equipment ensures a first rate cinematic experience, while the food, the wine and Mother Nature provide the ambiance.

“This year we are particularly excited to be offering very special weekend packages that include hotel accommodations and spa treatments as a complement to the Cinema e Vino experience,” says Melita. “The company is expanding to include elements that seem to go hand in hand”.
