they own about 60 units spread out over the Tower District between Olive & McKinley, Van Ness & Wishon, close to everything
problems:
1. can't or won't get rid of trouble-making tenets
2. kind of expensive (was charging $725 for a 1.5 bedroom (Murphy bed opens out from a large walk-in closet), 1 bath apt
3. won't fix everything well, (on the cheap)
4. had a rash of handymen (when I was there)

1. near City College, Tower District
2. I got my security deposit fully refunded, I think because I found termite damage that I reported before it became a problem
