Self Defense classes!

I'm here to offer self defense classes to Fresno. I am a state champion, and am currently training for the International Kickboxing Federation World Championships. I have a combined 11 years of training under my belt. I am a 1st degree blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do and I have trained in Muay Thai Kickboxing for 3 years. My classes are from 6-7 and 7-8pm, currently on Tuesday and Thursday. The price is $15 a class or $60 a month. I am also teaching women's self defense classes on Fridays from 6-7pm. The price is $20/class or $60 a month. The monthly $60 fee covers both the women's self-defense and regular self-defense classes (if you are a woman of course). The $60 monthly for men only covers the tuesday and thursday classes. I will teach you how to protect yourself unarmed against people who would choose to assault you. I will teach you how to strike and grapple and rape prevention. I will teach you how to defend youself and while I'm at it, I will also get you into the best shape of your life.
