Best food to come out of Mardi Gras in the Tower District

Although recently implemented crowd control policies have taken most of the fun out of Mardi Gras in the Tower District, the one thing they haven't been able to screw with is the food. In my humble opinion, the best is the bread pudding with bourbon sauce that follows the Cajon/Creole meals from Irene's Cafe. Delicious!!!
