I dig him
I've spoken with him a few times. Yes, he's relatively young, but he really has some good ideas about helping the city. The city could use some fresh ideas. I think it would be really interesting to see what he could do in the office. Yes, I would vote for him (but, uh... I technically live in Clovis... OOPS!). And as for being willing to spend $300 on a pair of shoes, that does NOT mean he spends that much on EVERY pair. Geez! i'm sure the "Famous Guest" has fivolously spent $$$ on things he/she could have done without or gotten an alternate cheaper. God knows I have...several times!
Henry T. Perea Thinks he's HOTT Shit so does his father, he will not be Elected Mayor if it kills me.
What if politicians didn't wear shoes?
Shoes or no shoes, that makes me think. What if politicians didn't wear shoes? There is something humbling about not wearing shoes. They'd be allot more like monks. I bet they would think more about the street scape and pedestrian friendly city's.
I don't know much, but the coupla times I've attended meetings or hung out with folks hoping to get downtown things going, or local creative things going, I've seen Perea there trying to learn and help.--and I'm saying this as someone who's not even in the city limits to be able to vote for him.
You go Henry, shoes or no shoes!
HELLO!!!
Henry is not an a-hole, Famous Guest, ... you are... for saying that and judging him without even knowing him. Obviously, you are also chicken-shit because you can't even sign in under your own name. Why don't you look at the person, not how much they spend on their shoes? Just because someone goes into politics doesn't mean they are crooked or part of the mafioso.
300 bucks for shoes? exactly why a-holes like this shouldn't be trusted (city council = mafioso)
