45 Grave was a Los Angeles-based death-rock band whose macabre, morose and sometimes amusing music helped to get the goth-rock genre off to its shambling life. They maybe most famous for their song PARTYTIME that was featured in 1985's Horror / Comedy film 'Return of the Living Dead' that was made by Dan 'Alien' O'Bannon.

yup I had to promote this here because it seems the real promoters are not doing it them self.
Ancient 45 Grave Show
That was a weird gig. I did the sound for that show & lent out some synths to Fish Market. We didn't have enough power coming into the building for my overkill JBL/Crown rig. It was a long evening.
The retards from "Tales of Terror" fucked up too much equipment so we didn't do the DK's sound the next night. Lame ass female promoter didn't help either.
On a positive note; 45 Grave did the best rendition EVER of "Surf Bat" during the afternoon sound check.
