The city council heard plans yesterday from Forest City for the south of stadium project. Read the Fresno Bee article and look at the project plan. The best part about the project plan is that there is no legend! We're going to assume that the orange building are retail, the red building are big box, the grey areas parking, and the tan areas housing. It would be nice to know. Our second guess is orange is cohousing, grey is rollerskating rink, red is candy factories, and tan is the Central Valley Yahoo! campus.

Another awesome facet of this rendering is the diversion of H Street for the Grizzlies Stadium parking lot. Who needs thoroughfares anyway? Not this downtown.
