Information Security:
How to protect your personal information in today's high tech society

The Selma Small Business Support Center (SBSC) and Mark Medina Technology Solutions are offering a free seminar that will discuss the ways to protect your personal information and data, whether the threat is online or on the street. The seminar will be held on Thursday, June 22nd, 2006 and will take place at Selma City Hall, located at 1710 Tucker Street. The time of the seminar will be from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.

There is no cost to attend the seminar and refreshments will be provided.

The seminar targets computer users and business people who are interested in finding the tools to avoid identity theft and increase their personal information protection. This is a great opportunity for non-technical computer users to gain insight in and access to free resources to combat the problems associated with identity and information theft. Mark Medina, President and CEO of Medina Technology Solutions, a networking, web-design, computer systems and training firm, will be the featured speaker.

To register or for more information, please contact Crystal Nash at 891-2200 or via email at crystaln@cityofselma.com
