The Preaching Gas Attendant

Does anyone know the story behind the Preaching Gas Attendent that works at the Shell station on the North East corner of Kings Canyon & Clovis?
Whoever they are, they put up new giant quotes regularly on this removable letter board for everyone to read while they pass by.
The quotes are usually Bible scriptures or some Christian "moral of the story" type thing.
Most people that I've talked to from Fresno Famous live way in the fuck out by Shaw & 99 so, a lot of you might not know what I'm talking about. But if you do, care to share any info you might have?
Any encounters? Any memorable quotes?

Well, I'm at shaw/99 (that was funny) so I haven't had a chance to see this - but, man, I hope there's better quotes than God didn't create anything with a purpose . . .

One night ago...and it hasn't ceased to amaze me (I know...it's only my 2nd day on here, but anyway)...
Yeah, I pass by that sign almost everyday and I REALLY like it!!! I've been meaning to stop in a find out some info on who put it up and what their motive is. It's great for me, cuz on my way to work, I really have nothing to look at in Fresno 'cept some broken roads and another BRAND NEW unfinished project.
I LOVE THAT SIGN...Most of tha time it's great although there are a few flops now and again. Call me lame if u want to, but on most days, I look forward to seeing what's on it :-) Peace & Good Will.

Preching Gas Attendant
Yeah I've been there and seen the quotes. The quote I remember went like this "God didnt create anything with a purpose, But mosquitoes cmoe close." I took a pic of the board with my cell phone cause I thought it was kinda random that a Gas staion would have this. Didnt know it would come in handy later. ha.
