City Hall: cutting back on fossil fuels so you don't have to. We think it's great the City has adopted a "green" building policy . It's a major accomplishment for Henry T. Perea, and while it seems like the policy is a no-brainer, we're sure there were some on the council who took convincing. Dages is right when he says it's a "small part of the puzzle"; let's hope those living in new northern developments choose to recycle as well.
