I was flipping through the paper on Sudnday and was struck by the truly odd image on the cover of the TV Guide.
I'm not getting why a blow-up doll was chosen as the model for this ad. Kudos to the marketing geniuses for taking a big risk. Please let us know how this works out.

Congratulations to Eye-Q Vision Care for being the first in this series.
you are correct!
Thanks, Blossom. Typo fixed.
FYI that's the title of my blog, not a topic heading. Every Fresno Famous user can have a unique blog title and blogroll by filling out those fields (hopefully sans typos) in their user profile.
Suzi- misspelling
Is the heading for this topic supposed to be mispelled? - do i need intrests? - the correct spelling is interests
I wanna see the commercial!
Ohmigooodness - I had no idea there was a commercial. Now I am dying to see it! Does anyone know where I can find a digital copy?
I have actually seen the TV
I have actually seen the TV commercial that runs with this ad and it is hilarious!! I think their marketing team brought something new and refreshing to the table. After all, it caught your eye didn't it?
HAaaa
It looks even creepier in black and white!!!
Wiiiiiiiiffffle
Yes - I totally agree. This is baaaaad radio.
I hereby dub wiffle: Dad of the Bad Radio Ads.
I want everyone posting this stuff! I present a challenge:
Anyone who encounters a bad local ad (print, video, radio, whatever) load it up and put:
Local Ads gone bad
in the tag field.
If we get enough good ones I may be tempted to create some bad house ads pointing to that topic (muahahaha).
Suuuuuuuzzzi
I dig this series. Look forward to the next one. But you think that ad is bad, listen to the voice "acting" in this Central Fish ad:

That girl is in several different commercials in town and is ALWAYS TERRIBLE; she must be some production company owner's wife. Morgan is actually better than the actors.
