Photography meets Writing

Spring Break this year marked the starting point of a new program offered by the Spectrum Art Gallery. It was the beginning of a Photography and Writing workshop at the Zimmerman Boys & Girls Club of Fresno. Over the course of 8 weeks, participants worked with digital and disposable cameras, working to solve shooting and writing assignments. They also created and explored their own thematic ideas. This summer, another group of club members participated in the workshop as well. The results are a wonderfully colorful, playful collection of images on exhibit at Fresno City Hall, 4th floor.
