I've tried everything

What is it that one has to do? I've tried everything that I can think of but still I can't get through to you. Sounds like a song. Still singing the same old tune. The FresnoBee calender section is still not running info on Artique's Walking Art Old Town Clovis and now Artique's Art in the Stacks at the Clovis Regional Library! I asked for it to be listed in the ETC section and still did not see it. I thought the idea was to get Fresno known for being a creative city! I do not want to take anyone out to lunch in order to convince them of this! It should be automatic. Art in the Stacks is an ongoing art exhibit that changes four times a year with receptions in the fall and spring. All of the art is original and done by local artists. The library wants to build a new library with an art gallery. I think that this is something worthwhile to list so that people reading the paper can see that there are art events going on that are not considered gallery material but worthwhile nontheless. Selma's Antique and Fine Art Show was suspiciously missing from the ETC section. Let's get on the ball and act like we have something going on with the arts. There are so many fine artists in the area. We need to communicate this to anyone that is passing through and picked up the paper, to read, not to use as fishwrap for fishing in the bay area. Common Donald, get them to see it our way!
